History[]
Weisbogg was the first chief scientist during the reign of Aquaman and was constantly out of the realm. Arthur asked him to create a robot duplicate of it. While Aquaman was taking care of political affairs, Weisbogg was secretly hired by Black Manta to build a device capable of destroying the dome that protects Atlantis, he was instructed to build the device relying on Bugala and if discovered, he should never tell who hired him.
Back in Atlantis, Aquaman sees the huge robot attacking the dome. Soon he destroys the robot and discovers who was responsible for the attack, leading Weisbogg to justice, Aquaman asks him why he did it but receives no answer.
