Tumol is the one who offered the throne of Atlantis to Aquaman and the officer performing the marriage ceremony of Arthur and Mera.

Like all Atlanteans, Tumol is amphibious but needs regular contact with the sea to remain healthy. His body is durable enough to withstand the pressures of the sea depths.
