The Operative was a member of the group known as The Others. He is the only member of the group that never went into hiding and has connections to nearly all government agencies.
History[]
The Operative broke into Black Manta's lair to try and find out why Manta sought the Atlantean relics that each member of The Others had. Once in, the Operative used his golden knife to cut into Manta's safe but was then attacked by Manta Men. He was injured but then leapt from the building and returned to his private jet, the Living Room, where his grandson Aaron asked when he was going to retire from being the Operative.
