Mephisto is a deep-sea devil bent on defeating Aquaman and destroying Atlantis.
History[]
Mephisto once tried to take over Atlantis by poisoning the Oxygen Extraction Plant with a sleeping pill. His plan was foiled by Aquaman and Aqualad.
