Captain Barracuda is an undersea villain.
History[]
Captain Cuda once teamed with Starro to attempt to take over the Jewel City. His greed led him into conflict with Aquaman and Aqualad and they were able to defeat him. In the end, Barracuda got all the jewels he could ever want. He was imprisoned by the Jewel People and forced to work as a miner.
