Bob Haney co-created the Teen Titans as well as a number of Aquaman characters including Black Manta, Ocean Master and Huntress.
Haney was responsible for bringing three of Aquaman's greatest villains to the animated universe of The Adventures of Aquaman. He introduced Black Manta, Torpedoman and The Fisherman. Haney wrote the following episodes:
